Cruise start

Saturday June 5 the research vessel G.O. Sars left the harbour of Bergen at 12.10 AM, Norwegian time. Onboard is 30 scientists, including a Norwegian TV-documentary team and a painter. For one month they will conduct their investigations, filming and painting in the mid-Atlantic Ocean - these are the photos of them leaving.
