DVD: Deeper than light

In 2004 the Norwegian research vessel G.O. Sars accomplished a cruise in the Northern Atlantic over 2 months. The MAR-ECO project is a broad international study which aims to understand the life of the organisms inhabiting the Mid-Atlantic Ridge down to 4000m. This is a hidden world unknown and unexplored perspectives of the future, and we know more about the moon than the deep sea on our Earth.

The DVD is the disc version of the interactive available online. It presents the MAR-ECO project and the fascinating and wonderful species, mostly unknown for most of us. It gives new information on this ecosystem, how they live and reproduce under extreme living conditions.
