Opening Oslo

DEEPER THAN LIGHT OPENS IN OSLO 15, JANUARY

The Deeper than Light exhibition is now in Norway at the National Maritime Museum in Oslo. The opening event will be held Tuesday 15 January 2008 at 17:00. Earlier the same day there will be a mini-seminar about the international management of deep sea resources.

Sunday 27 January there will be an open Public Day on the MAR-ECO Project and deep sea topics. The day-long event will involve public talks, art, film and music.

The exhibit showing in Oslo is supported by the Institute of Marine Research (IMR), Bergen Museum and the National Maritime Museum. After its stay in Oslo, Deeper than Light continues to Aberdeen, UK where it will open in the middle of March.
